150g lean beef steak grilled

3 cups mixed leaf lettuce

¼ cup lentils

½ carrot

1 teaspoon white vinegar and lemon dressing

 

Snack- Fresh lemonade

 

1 lemon

1 lime

350ml iced water

1 teaspoon fructose sugar

 

Dinner- Prawn salad

three cups of mixed leaf lettuce

1 cup prawns boiled

½ chickpeas

1 teaspoon garlic paste sauce (3 chopped garlic cloves in olive oil)

Snack- Fresh lemonade

1 lemon

1 lime

350ml iced water

1 teaspoon fructose sugar
